# Asset licenses ## Quaternius Toon Shooter Game Kit The following files are derived from the [Quaternius Toon Shooter Game Kit](https://quaternius.com/packs/toonshootergamekit.html), which Quaternius released under [CC0 1.0](https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/): - `assets/models/soldier_ct.glb` - `assets/models/soldier_t.glb` - `assets/models/viewmodels/npc-arms-ct.glb` (a body-stripped derivative of `soldier_ct.glb`) The files were processed and exported to GLB for Tiny Strike. Attribution is not required by CC0, but is included with thanks to Quaternius. ## Claude-of-Duty (OVERWATCH) rendering code Everything under `src/gfx/` is ported from [mshumer/Claude-of-Duty](https://github.com/mshumer/Claude-of-Duty), released under the [MIT License](https://github.com/mshumer/Claude-of-Duty/blob/main/LICENSE) (Copyright (c) 2026 mshumer). The MIT notice is reproduced in [`src/gfx/LICENSE`](src/gfx/LICENSE) and applies to those files. What was taken, and what changed: | ported | from | adapted for Tiny Strike | |---|---|---| | `src/gfx/materials/` | `src/materials/` | standalone construction (renderer injected, no subsystem registry); two new surfaces — wind-packed snow and ashlar stone — in `glsl/surfaces-extra.js` | | `src/gfx/sky/` | `src/sky/` | volumetrics not ported; the dome tone maps itself for our LDR pipeline and reads a baked equirect instead of evaluating the atmosphere per pixel; auto-exposure metering added | | `src/gfx/kit/util.js` | `src/world/util.js` | unchanged geometry toolkit | | `src/gfx/weapons/{geometry,parts,materials,mathx}.js`, `models/{rifle,smg,pistol}.js` | `src/weapons/` | variant parameters added to the builders; `models/{ak,mp5,sniper,deagle}.js` are new work for this project | No art assets were copied — the reference project generates every texel and every triangle procedurally, and so does this one. ## Tiny Strike original assets The weapon and equipment GLBs in `assets/models/viewmodels/`, excluding the Quaternius-derived arm file listed above, were authored for Tiny Strike from the game's original procedural weapon designs. They are released under the project's [ISC License](LICENSE). Textures and game audio are generated from project source code. The trailer soundtrack is generated by `tools/trailer-audio.js` and is also covered by the project's ISC License.
